Julia comes from a long line of Italian artists. Her great-grandfather and grandfather were both photographers and her father is a painter. She discovered her own love of photography during a 6-month journey through South America.

As a recent bride herself, Julia is acutely aware of what helps to make a wedding into a success. Her well-honed creative eye and understanding of light help her to capture people and details in both colour and black & white. Julia’s forte is being in the right place at the right time, finding those moments that make your wedding uniquely your own.

Julia Boggio Photography is an associate of the Master Photographers Association (MPA), the British Institute of Professional Photographers (BIPP) and the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers (SWPP). She is also a founding member of The PhotograpHERS Network and a contributing writer to various UK bridal magazines, like Conde Nast Brides and Wedding Ideas.
